OKR Grading Ritual
Do not skip the grading step. Scoring 0.4 on a hard goal beats scoring 1.0 on an easy one. Honest grading is where all the learning lives.

30 KPIs is noise. 6 KPIs is a business. Pick your six, know them cold, and every decision flows from them.
