1. About Us

MB Business Blueprints (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital product business operated by Mohammed Badran, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We sell interactive Notion templates and HTML business blueprints through our website at mb-blueprints.com and our Gumroad storefront.

2. Products

Our products are digital downloads consisting of:

• Interactive Notion workspace templates (duplicated to your personal Notion account)
• HTML flowchart blueprints (pan-and-zoom interactive business process maps)
• PDF reference versions included with each blueprint

All products are delivered digitally and immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased blueprint(s) for your own business purposes.

This license permits you to:

• Duplicate the Notion template to a single personal Notion workspace
• Customize and adapt the content for your own business use
• Reference the HTML blueprint and PDF for personal and professional use

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original product files with any third party
• Use the blueprints as part of a product or service you sell to others
• Remove or alter any branding, copyright notices, or attribution
• Upload the templates to any public platform, marketplace, or shared workspace

4. Payment & Pricing

All purchases are processed securely through Gumroad. We do not handle or store your payment information directly. Prices are listed in both SAR (Saudi Riyal) and USD. All purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a Notion template link or download has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us within 7 days at badmoh996@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something is genuinely broken or misrepresented, we will make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All blueprints, flowcharts, frameworks, copy, design elements, and methodology contained in our products are the exclusive intellectual property of Mohammed Badran / MB Business Blueprints and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

The “The ___™” product naming series (The Command Center™, The Content Machine™, etc.) and the MB Business Blueprints brand are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our blueprints are educational and operational frameworks intended to help you structure your business processes. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, or business consulting advice.

Results vary. We make no guarantee that use of our products will produce specific business outcomes. All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Business Blueprints and Mohammed Badran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our products rely on Notion (notion.so) for template hosting and Gumroad for payment processing. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any changes to, or unavailability of, these third-party platforms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
